Man accused of raping aunt claims that she initiated sex

A man accused of raping his aunt in her Cork home denied in garda interview that he threatened to rape her at knifepoint and instead claimed that they had sex after she came on to him.

The 32-year-old man has pleaded not guilty at the Central Criminal Court to rape, oral rape, two charges of sexual assault and one of false imprisonment on August 25, 2010.
