Cork tot Megan given all-clear

The parents of four-year-old cancer sufferer Megan Malone say she has been given the all-clear from doctors in Boston.

Megan, from Kilnamartyra near Macroom in Co Cork, was given just weeks to live when first diagnosed with a rare tumour eight months ago.
