UK council issues zombie advice leaflet

A British city council has released instructions for dealing with a zombie invasion.

Bristol City Council have produced a document, entitled 'Contingency Plan For Handling Zombie Outbreaks in Bristol’, with a four-stage alert process for handling such an attack, which would see the authorities using codewords to communicate with members of the public.

In the guide, it explains if the situation results in 30% of people being infected by zombies then the invasion will be classed as "zombie pandemic level".

Officers are also set to be trained in what to do in case such an attack occurs.

The leaflet adds: "An annual training schedule for designated officers is in place."
