Kenny opts not to publish 'report cards' on Ministers

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has said he is not now going to publish 'report cards' on Ministers as promised.

Mr Kenny had committed to such performance-related reviews of members of the Cabinet on a television programme just a few weeks ago.
