US tourist dies 'after collision with van transporting surfboards'

It is now understood that the death of an American tourist on Inch Strand in Co Kerry today involved a van transporting surfboards, which was reversing.

The woman, believed to be in her 50s, was with a group of holidaymakers walking on the scenic beach just before 10am.
