New LUAS line expected to carry two million passengers per year

Transport Minister Leo Varadkar was on hand earlier today to see the first passengers board the latest extension to the LUAS.

The light rail system's new A1 line, on the red route, is 4.2km long and serves the Citywest and Saggart areas.
