Trial of man accused of shooting neighbour adjourned until tomorrow
The trial of a 30-year-old Dublin man accused of shooting dead his neighbour is due to get underway at the Central Criminal Court tomorrow, after being adjourned earlier in the week when "an issue arose."
Aidan Finnegan, of Whitestown Avenue, Hartstown in Blanchardstown, has pleaded not guilty to murdering his 22-year-old neighbour, Dara McCormack, not far from where they both lived in February 2006.
