Elderly woman loses appeal against eviction

A woman in her 70s has lost a High Court case to try stop her family being evicted from their Kilkenny home.

Eileen Tynan of Old Callan Road took the action against Start Mortgages which is owed €209,000 by her daughter, who has fallen into arrears.
