Resources for those providing end of life care in this country are lacking, according to the organisers of a seminar in Dublin today.

The seminar aims to provide carers with information about the supports available to them, as they care for a terminally ill loved one.

Up to 30,000 people die in Ireland every year, and most of those deaths relate to chronic illness.
