GAA tickets to be sold at tourist information offices

Fáilte Ireland has announced it is to begin selling tickets for GAA matches in more than 20 of its tourist information offices around the country.

Fáilte Ireland has announced it is to begin selling tickets for GAA matches in more than 20 of its tourist information offices around the country.

The new initiative has been developed in a bid to attract more tourists to Croke Park.

Minister of State for Tourism and Sport Michael Ring has welcomed the move, saying what better way for visitors to experience Irish culture, meet Irish people and experience our unique sports than to attend a local GAA game.
