Reilly: Immunisation cap 'won't happen under my watch'

The Health Minister James Reilly has said he has never seen a HSE document which contains radical proposals on how to save money in the Dublin and North East regions.

Mr Reilly said he believes the document from Health Service Managers is merely "internal reflections".
