Indaver Ireland: We can address reasons for incinerator planning refusal
Indaver Ireland has said it is disappointed, but not discouraged, by the decision by An Bord Pleanála to refuse planning permission for a proposed €150m twin incinerator project in Cork Harbour.
The decision follows a lengthy local campaign against the proposed facility in the harbour.
In a statement, Indaver Ireland said the reasons given by An Bord Pleanála for the refusal can be addressed and that it has not altered its view that the Cork region needs a waste facility.
