Martin: Plan for bailout deal for Ireland 'in tatters'

Enda Kenny is vowing to keep the pressure on for a cut in the interest rate on Ireland's bailout deal.

The Taoiseach has said it is "unfair" that Ireland's case is being allowed to drag on because of national issues in other countries.
