EU to introduce laws to make online shopping safer

New EU laws are to come into effect that will make it easier and safer for people to shop online.

Under the new proposals, customers will have 14 days to change their mind if they buy items on the internet.

As part of the new EU law, they will be entitled to a refund, but the provisions do not apply to flights or concerts.
