310 new jobs in 17 start-ups
Some 310 new jobs are to be created by start-up companies which received Government support in the first three months of this year.
The 17 companies concerned are in the biotech area, food sector, online gaming, medical technology and cloud computing.
One of the companies, Rose Hill Insurances in Dublin, is planning to create 50 jobs while Radisens Diagnostics in Cork is to employ 33 people.
The Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton says we must ensure more high potential small business can establish and expand here if we are to rebuild the economy and create jobs.
