HSE: Contact us if you have concerns about ambulances

The HSE is urging people to contact them if they have concerns about ambulances, after a van driver rushed a dying man to hospital in Co Louth last week when no ambulance showed up at the scene.

The HSE also extended its deepest sympathy to the family and friends of the victim Peter Sherlock, who was pronounced dead in hospital.
