Kenny: Decision still to be made on water and household charges

Taoiseach Enda Kenny has said that the scale of two new charges to be introduced by the Government for water and property has yet to be decided.

Mr Kenny told the Dáil that the Government was bringing in a property tax and water charges to comply with the Programme for Government and the terms of the EU/IMF deal.
