60 jobs to go at Fexco's in Co Kerry

It is understood that 60 people are to lose their jobs at financial services company Fexco's in Co Kerry.

Management at Fexco's centre in Cahersiveen has not commented on the number of job losses but says a contract at its facility in the town has come to an end.

Radio Kerry understands the contract was with Western Union.

Fexco employs morethan 1,000 people in Ireland and is one of Kerry's largest employers.
