Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a serious assault which took place in Dublin city centre yesterday afternoon.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a serious assault which took place in Dublin city centre yesterday afternoon.

A 40-year-old man died following the assault at the Ha'penny Bridge at around 4pm.
