Quinn 'to challenge removal from company'

Sean Quinn is reportedly challenging his removal from the Quinn Group.

The move followed the appointment of Share receivers to the companies by Anglo Irish Bank.

Northern Sound radio said that Mr Quinn's legal team have lodged papers with the High Court seeking compensation of €2bn.

It is understood the papers relate to a number of issues, including his removal from the Quinn Group.
