Reilly: I want to increase home-help hours

Health Minister Dr James Reilly has pledged to ring-fence home help care from further cuts.

Dr Reilly said he would instead do everything possible to increase home help hours to allow people to stay at home instead of being hospitalised or moving to nursing homes.
