Senior bankers 'may be in breach of contracts': Shatter

Justice Minister Alan Shatter has said senior bankers could be in breach of their contracts because the organisations they work for have effectively been put into liquidation.

The Minister said people were rightly infuriated by the massive bonuses paid to senior bankers and said the Government was examining how to handle the situation.
