PSNI free man arrested in connection with Kerr investigation
A 26-year-old man arrested in Scotland by detectives investigating the murder of a policeman in the North has been released without charge.
Constable Ronan Kerr died when a bomb exploded under his car at Omagh, Co Tyrone, on April 2.
Police investigating the attack arrested the man in Scotland four days later, before transferring him to the North for questioning.
The PSNI has now said the 26-year-old has been released unconditionally.
A 40-year-old man and a 33-year-old man arrested in the North in connection with the killing remain in police custody.
