Noonan moves to re-assure Quinn staff following takeover

Finance Minister Michael Noonan has moved to re-assure more than 4,000 workers in the Quinn Group, after the family was effectively removed from the business.

Quinn Insurance is to be sold to a joint venture between American Insurer Liberty Mutual and Anglo Irish Bank.
