A man has died in a road crash in Co Cork this morning.

The man in his 20s was killed in a single-vehicle crash which happened close to Hosford's Garden Centre on the Bandon to Clonakilty road at around 3.30am.

Gardaí have closed the stretch of road and diversions are in place.
