Fresh charges brought against prison officer

Fresh charges have been brought against a prison officer accused of possessing cannabis and cocaine for sale or supply at Mountjoy jail in Dublin last December.

Jarlath Walsh, aged 39, from North Dublin appeared today in Dublin District Court.

He was remanded on bail until May for the book of evidence to be served.
