Wexford man claims sex with son's girlfriend was consensual

A Wexford man accused of raping his son’s girlfriend has said everything he did with the woman in his car had been consensual.

The man told his counsel, Mr Paddy McCarthy SC, that the complainant had put her hand on his thigh as he drove to her house to drop her off and had agreed to go somewhere else to “talk”.
