Cork garda admits stealing money from woman

A Cork garda has admitted at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to stealing nearly €2,000 from a woman.

David Foran (aged 28) of Kinsale and formerly stationed at Fitzgibbon Street garda station in Dublin, pleaded guilty to the theft of property worth €1,950 from the woman in Phibsboro between October 10 and 17, 2009.
