McGuinness: Bombers should be ashamed

Dissident republicans are being blamed for the murder of young PSNI officer Ronan Kerr, who died yesterday after a car bomb exploded as he was about to leave for work.

No group has yet claimed responsibility for the 25-year-old's murder, which has been widely condemned by senior political and policing figures.
