Person struck by train at Portarlington Station

A person has be struck by a train at Portarlington Station, an Iarnród Éireann spokesperson has said.

"A short time a go, an empty train was travelling from the Portlaoise train depot, and struck a person as they were going through Portarlington Station," said spokesperson Jane Cregan.
