Finance Minister Michael Noonan has strongly hinted today that the planned 'Jobs Budget' within the coalition's first 100 days in office will become a mini-Budget.

The Government plans to announce job creation measures, to cut the lower rate of VAT and abolish the travel tax, in a bid to stimulate the economy.
