Prices increase sharply in February

Consumer prices increased by 0.9% in the last month and by 2.2% compared to last February, official figures released today have shown.

The most notable changes in the year were increases in housing, water, electricity, gas & other fuels (+9.5%), miscellaneous goods & services (+4.8%), health (+4.1%) and transport (+3.5%).
