PSNI appeal for information on hoax Belfast bomb

Police in the North are appealing for information following the discovery of a hoax device in west Belfast.

It was found near a sports club on the Glen Road just before 10pm last night.

Bomb disposal experts attended the scene and the device was declared a hoax.

Police are looking to speak to a motorist who stopped and spoke to staff at the club shortly after the device was discovered.
