Govt to send delegation to evacuate Irish from Libya

The Department of Foreign Affairs is to send a delegation to Tripoli to work on the ground in efforts to evacuate around 50 Irish nationals from Libya.

Violence has been escalating as opposition forces ramp up their efforts to oust Colonel Gaddafi.
