Man dies in Dublin road accident

Gardaí are today investigating a single-car crash in Dublin, in which one man was killed.

The 51-year-old man died when the car he was driving hit a wall on the Skerries Road in Rush shortly after midnight.

No one else was in the car at the time.

The Skerries Road in Rush was closed for a time earlier this morning, but has since re-opened.
