Quinn: No sense of urgency in prosecuting 'rogue bankers'

The Labour Party has said there needs to be an acceleration in the prosecution of "rogue bankers".

Ruairi Quinn, the party's Education spokesperson, said there appears to be "no sense of urgency" in dealing with the issue.
