Two for court in connection with Cork murder
Two men are due to appear at a special court sitting in Cork later tonight, charged in connection with the murder of another man in the county last Thursday.
Patrick 'Packie' Hogan, a 42-year-old father of five, was ambushed and shot dead as he ran from his attackers at Waterloo near Blarney.
A rifle believed to have been used in the murder was located late last night.
Three men were arrested last Thursday in connection with the death.
One has been released without charge and the other two men will appear in court later this evening.
