The Greens today published their transport plan - promising to spend 75% of the transport budget on public transport with just 25% on road building if returned to government.

Former Minister Eamon Ryan says it now looks like Fine Gael will lead the next government - but he says his party will be available to do a coalition deal with Enda Kenny if the party wins enough seats.
