Man admits distributing child pornography

A man has admitted at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to distributing child pornography.

Paul Kane of Blessington Street, Dublin 7, pleaded guilty to distributing the material to a pornography website on July 17, 2009 at Lower Dorset Street in the city centre.

Judge Tony Hunt remanded the 39-year-old on bail and adjourned the case for sentencing next June.
