Martin: Issues will not be analysed in five-way debate

All eyes will be on Enda Kenny tonight, as the second televised leaders debate gets underway.

The Fine Gael leader refused to participate in last week's debate on TV3, but a five-way leaders' debate will get underway tonight on RTE at 9.30pm.
