FG promises 'radical' reform as Kenny prepares to meet Merkel

Enda Kenny is to meet German Chancellor Angela Merkel tomorrow to discuss Ireland's economic crisis and the EU/IMF response.

The Fine Gael party leader also said the party would overhaul the political system with a referendum on Oireachtas reform if handed power.
