A preliminary report, due to be released within weeks, will collate the facts of the Cork plane crash in which six people died, but in-depth analysis of the crash will take months, a spokesman for the investigation team has said.

A preliminary report, due to be released within weeks, will collate the facts of the Cork plane crash in which six people died, but in-depth analysis of the crash will take months, a spokesman for the investigation team has said.

Jurgen White from the Department of Transport's Air Accident Investigation Unit (AAIU) said the preliminary report which is being compiled now, will establish "the basic facts as we know them…It doesn't go into a detailed analysis".
