Man questioned in connection with double murder

Gardaí are today questioning a man who was arrested by officers investigating a double murder in the capital last year.

The victims, Mark Noonan and Glen Murphy, were both in their 20s. The pair were shot dead at a filling station in Finglas last November.

The man, aged in his 30s, was detained during a search operation on the northside of Dublin this morning.

He is now being held at Finglas garda station.
