House prices may be bottoming out - survey

A new survey of house prices indicates that the worst of the property crash may be over.

The results of The Sunday Times Property Guide 2011 show that falls across the country ranged from 5% in parts of Cork to 21% in Dublin, the worst-hit market nationwide.
