Labour: Energy Retrofit Scheme could create 30,000 jobs

The Labour Party has said 30,000 construction jobs could be created with a National Retrofit Scheme.

Launching their plan for Green Energy Jobs in Dublin today, the party said 1.2 million homes are in need of improving their energy efficiency.
