PTSB bosses and unions meet for talks on 300 possible job losses

Management and unions at Permanent TSB have met for talks over 300 possible job losses.
It is reported the bank, which currently employs 1,900 people, is set to announce the redundancies as part of a restructuring programme.
The trade union says it is meeting with workers and will issue a statement tomorrow morning.
The news comes as 94 job losses were announced at Pall Manufacturing in Tipperary town. The company is winding up its operations by the end of May.
Talks are also continuing in Waterford between unions and management at Cappoquin Poultry about 50 possible job losses at the plant.
