The North's First Minister Peter Robinson has described those who left a pipe bomb on a window outside a house in North Belfast as "slow learners".

The British Army made the device safe in Stratheden Street in the New Lodge area.

It has now been taken away for further examination.

Dozens of people had to be moved from their homes - something the First Minister said is a "disgrace".
