Carers to launch election manifesto

Family carers are demanding their voices be heard by the incoming Government.

The Carers Association is launching its Pre-Election manifesto in the capital today.

CEO Enda Egan said it is on behalf of people around the country who give up their time to care for a loved one, saving the State €2.5bn every year.
