Appeal for witnesses to Clontarf crash

Gardai at Clontarf in Dublin are seeking the public's assistance in tracing witnesses to a road traffic crash which occurred on January 30

A 26-year-old man was seriously injured when he was struck by a small dark coloured vehicle at the junction of Elm Mount Road and the Malahide Road at around 4.20am.
