The Supreme Court has ruled that the Mahon Tribunal must the pay the legal costs incurred by the wife of former Fianna Fáil TD, Liam Lawlor.

Hazel Lawlor successfully prevented the Tribunal from pursuing €430,000 in lands and property belonging to her late husband.
